For ME

Do you need help to manage your emotions?

What We Do

Sometimes, things can start to get on top of you, and you may feel like you're struggling to cope. The important thing to remember is that you are not alone. The ME project can help you overcome these challenges by providing you with the right skills and tools you need to help you learn to cope.

EVERY YEAR, 1 in 10 YOUNG PEOPLE EXPERIENCE A MENTAL HEALTH PROBLEM. YOU ARE NOT ALONE.

EVERY YEAR, 1 in 10 YOUNG PEOPLE EXPERIENCE A MENTAL HEALTH PROBLEM. YOU ARE NOT ALONE.

Centred around managing emotions, the ME Project aims to support young people, like yourself, who are experiencing mental health issues.

Divided into 2 age groups (12-19 years and 19-30 years), the programme consists of 10 sessions, each being 2 hours long.

Delivered in 3 levels, the 10 week programme involves small group discussions (no more than 8 young people) covering issues such as:

  • Depression
  • Stress
  • Self Harm
  • Anxiety
  • Suicidal Thoughts
  • Fear

And many more…

We also offer 1:1 therapeutic mentoring which can be done online (video mentoring) or face to face.
