Art Therapy Services

Art Therapy is a distinct discipline that incorporates creative methods of expression through visual art media. It is a technique routed in the idea that creative expression can foster healing and mental wellbeing.

Art therapy aims to empower others to have a voice, that would not be heard through other therapeutic approaches.

The range of conditions Art Therapists can support include:

  • Depression
  • Anxiety
  • Trauma
  • PTSD
  • Disabilities (including non-verbal clients)
  • and many more…..

The ME Project’s  Art Therapy service, takes place within the ME Project offices in Doncaster. The room space is private and safe and has good disability access.

We are currently taking referrals for clients, but it is usual that there may be a  waiting list  which we do aim to keep as short as possible.
